Futures Assessment & Strategic Plan
Over the course of 2018, I managed a strategic planning effort to ensure that the University of Hawaii at Manoa would be well-positioned to navigate coming challenges in higher education. To help the institution understand the changes headed their way, I led a futures assessment that directly shaped the resulting long term strategic plan.
Findings influenced a suite of spatial strategies for the campus.
